My Doctoral degree investigated the treatment of PTSD with Written Narrative Therapy. I concentrated my research on both trauma acquired through adverse events experienced in childhood as well as traumas suffered in later life. I can help you to conquer your PTSD triggers with evidence based therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming - Medicare's foremost recognised treatment for PTSD) and Written Narrative Exposure Treatment, which is a relatively new remedy for PTSD that is well backed up by research findings.
